Bilbao, November 19th, 2019.
Today, the first ever CyberSecurity for Robotics Conference (CSfR) took place in Bilbao, Spain. Supported by LSEC.eu, the TRINITY-project, the Basque Cybersecurity Center, DEUSTO University and the Basque Industry 4.0 progam, the conference was a first to highlight the multidisciplinary perspective of Cybersecurity for Robotics.
Robots are increasingly becoming part of our daily lives and activities. They are omnipresent in homes, automotive, as just software, in healthcare, military and industrial applications. Many robotic systems are still being researched and developed, but others have been around for decades supporting heavy weight and the production of for instance cars and car components.
